Price list
The price of a slab foundation is determined by several factors related to the size, specifics of the project, and the materials used. The main components that affect the price are as follows:
Size and volume – a larger foundation will require more materials and work time, which increases costs.
Site preparation – if the ground surface is uneven or additional excavation and leveling work is required, this will increase the price.
Materials – depending on the materials chosen (concrete, reinforcement, thermal insulation, etc.), costs may vary.
Complexity of the work – if the project requires special solutions, such as strengthening the foundation or adapting to complex geological conditions, the price can increase significantly.
Transportation and labor costs – local resources, labor, and logistics can also affect the final price.
In general, the price of a slab foundation depends on the characteristics of the construction site, the project specifications, and the choice of materials used.
